Upon receiving a valid deletion request:

  • We verify the requestor’s identity

  • Personal data is permanently removed from our active databases within 90 days

  • Backups containing personal data are securely purged within 90 days

  • Data shared with third-party processors is also flagged for deletion

We may retain certain information if:

  • Anonymized for analytics and platform improvement
