LolliPop respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy outlines the process and scope of personal data deletion from our systems upon user request or account termination.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all users of the LolliPop OTT Platform who have registered accounts or have submitted personal information.
2. Types of Data Collected

Watch history and preferences
Device and usage information
Cookies and metadata (with consent)
3. Data Deletion Triggers
Data will be deleted under the following circumstances:
Upon user-initiated account deletion
Upon verified data deletion request under applicable privacy laws
After a specified period of inactivity 3 months, subject to notification
If required by legal or regulatory obligations
4. Data Deletion Process
Upon receiving a valid deletion request:
We verify the requestor’s identity
Personal data is permanently removed from our active databases within 90 days
Backups containing personal data are securely purged within 90 days
Data shared with third-party processors is also flagged for deletion
5. Exceptions
We may retain certain information if:
Required by law
Necessary for fraud prevention or security
Anonymized for analytics and platform improvement
